BuilderGuru collaborated with MKS Architects on the interior renovations of Pearl Restaurant and Ponche Tiki Bar, located at 26 Market Space in Annapolis, MD.
This 4,313 SF project transformed the former 1771 Tap House and Grill into a vibrant new dining destination in the heart of downtown Annapolis. The renovations include a fully renovated downstairs with additional room for seating and an additional bathroom, as well as an upstairs that now features a second bar area. The project was completed in 2024.
